Vodilna proizvajalka mobilnih telefonov Nokia vstopa na hitro rastoči trg netbookov – malih prenosnikov, ki so namenjeni predvsem za deskanje po internetu in uporabo osnovnih aplikacij. Prvi netbook Nokia Booklet 3G bo premljen z Intelovim procesorjem Atom, operacijskim sistemom Windows in bo težak 1,25 kg. Analiza raziskovalne družbe IDC napoveduje, da bo trg malih prenosnikov letos dosegel kar 127 odstotno rast. Računalniški proizvajalci kot so Asustek, Dell, HP in Acer bodo letos prodali okoli 26 milijonov netbookov. Več podrobnosti o svojem novem proizvodu bo Nokia razkrila 2. septembra.
